FAQ's

Please read through our FAQ page before ordering or contacting us.  Many times questions you have have already been answered here.

What payment options do you accept? TOP

 

 

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards with Visa/Mastercard/Discover symbol

on them through PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal gateway.

By prior arrangement, we may, at our discretion, accept payment in U.S. Dollars in cash or by US postal money order. No other forms of payment, electronic or otherwise, are acceptable under any circumstances. Here is a link to a photograph of a US POSTAL MONEY ORDER: click here.

 

How do you ship? TOP

 

Very carefully.

Seriously, we use USPS regular ground shipping.

We combine shipping whenever we can if it benefits you. 

If you are charged more for shipping than actual cost, we'll credit the same credit card (that was used originally to make the purchase, obviously) the difference.

If you have need of priority or anything else, please contact us prior to purchase so we can get the cost for you and see if it is an option.

 

Can I pick my purchase up in person? TOP

 

To save on shipping costs, if prior arrangements are made with us and you live locally, yes, we will, at our discretion and convienence, arrange a pick-up time with you.

Items must be paid for in advance.  You must have a local cell-phone number that you can give to us that you will have on you at the time (in case of an emergency, we will NOT store this number in any way).

 

Do you add tax to my total purchase? TOP

We do not add any tax for orders being shipped outside of Texas. We do add the correct local tax for all orders being shipped to addresses within Texas.

 

Why do I need to provide my correct current email address and correct current street shipping address? TOP

The email address you provide is **only** used to send you an email confirmation with your order details, along with an email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. In some cases, we will email a customer if there is a problem with their order (e.g., problem with delivery, etc.).

We must have all your information in order to ship to you: your full name and complete shipping address (including your state, country and zip code), your item number, your item description, and your email address.  Include the above information with your payment or we cannot ship to you because we cannot guarantee you will receive what we ship.

What is your privacy policy?

Protecting your personal information is one of our highest priorities. We are online consumers, too.

We never give out, sell or rent any customer information.

Using PayPal as your gateway for your payment, your financial information is NEVER shared with us...it never goes on our servers...you are secure with PayPal.  Questions can be addressed at PayPal.
