Q. Do you have a telephone number where I can reach you to discuss an item?
A. No, we use the telephone only for emergencies. It's too time consuming. You will receive a faster and more considered reply by email.
We have found that e-mail is the fastest way to communicate. We go to the computer when convenient, between other tasks. It may only take two minutes, thirty-five minutes, or even several hours, but we get your email, and we answer it. No wasted time and no interruptions. We find that is what works for us & makes us time efficient.
We will get back to you in a timely manner. It's our priority to take care of any questions or comments you may have. Rest assured.
